Russecoach is operated by Improvators AS, org.nr. 932 580 349, Norway ("we", "us", "Russecoach"). By using the app you enter into an agreement with Improvators AS.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Russecoach, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

Russecoach is designed for Norwegian high school students ("russ") who are at least 16 years old. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your login information with others. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the app for illegal activities.
• Do not harass, bully, or threaten other users.
• Do not upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to access other users' data or compromise the app's security.

5. Subscriptions, Payments & Merchant of Record

Russecoach offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription (monthly or yearly). Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your profile or via paddle.net; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. 6. Financial Features Disclaimer

Russecoach provides tools to help groups track expenses, budgets, and payment shares. These tools are for informational and organizational purposes only. Russecoach does not provide financial advice, and is not responsible for the accuracy of financial data entered by users. All financial agreements between group members are the sole responsibility of those members.

7. Intellectual Property

The Russecoach name, logo, and app design are our intellectual property. Content you create within the app (messages, images, etc.) remains yours, but you grant us a limited license to store and display it within the app's functionality.

8. Service Level & Suspension

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations.

9. Limitation of Liability

Russecoach is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including data loss, financial disputes between group members, or service interruptions.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by submitting a data deletion request on our GDPR page.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the app.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Disputes shall be resolved by the ordinary Norwegian courts, with Oslo District Court as the agreed venue.
