    Russecoach ("Kaos ute. Kontroll inne.") is a coordination and productivity app built for Norwegian high school students celebrating "Russetiden" — helping them manage finances, communication, and logistics for their russ group. This policy is written in English but the app primarily targets users in Norway.

    1. Data We Collect

    We collect the following categories of personal data:

    • Account data: Email address, display name, and chosen avatar.
    • Snapchat Login Kit data: Snapchat external ID, display name, and Bitmoji avatar URL (when you choose to log in or link with Snapchat).
    • Google Sign-In data: Google profile name and avatar URL (when you choose to log in with Google).
    • Group data: Group membership, roles, titles, and group-related content you create (messages, events, polls, etc.).
    • Financial tracking data: Expense records, payment shares, fines, and budget information within your group. This data is only visible to group members.
    • Device data: Push notification tokens (if you opt in to notifications).

    2. How We Use Your Data

    • To provide group coordination features (chat, calendar, meetings, voting).
    • To display your profile and avatar to other group members.
    • To facilitate financial tracking and expense splitting within your group.
    • To send push notifications you have opted in to.
    • To authenticate your identity via email, Google, or Snapchat.

    3. Snapchat Login Kit

    When you use Snapchat to log in or link your account, we receive your Snapchat external ID, display name, and Bitmoji avatar URL from Snap Inc. We store this data solely to authenticate you and display your Bitmoji as your avatar within the app. You can unlink your Snapchat account at any time from your profile settings, which will remove all Snapchat-related data from our systems.

    4. Data Sharing

    We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Your data is only shared with other members of your group as necessary for the app's coordination features. We use Lovable Cloud infrastructure to store and process your data securely.

    5. Data Retention

    We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see our GDPR Data Deletion page). Upon a valid deletion request, we will erase your personal data within 30 days.

    6. Cookies & Local Storage

    We use local storage and session storage to maintain your authentication state and app preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or analytics cookies.

    7. Your Rights (GDPR)
