    30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

    If you are not satisfied with your RusseCoach Pro subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. After 30 days, refunds are handled at our discretion.

    How to Request a Refund

    Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for our orders. To request a refund:

    1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout.
    2. Or contact us at support@russeboss.no and we will help you.

    Cancelling Your Subscription

    You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Profile page in the app, or via paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to Pro features until the end of the current billing period.
